2. U.S. Shipping Only

Heads Research ships within the United States only.

We do not ship internationally under any circumstances.

We do not ship to the following states:

  • Kentucky

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion.

3. Customer Responsibility (Shipping & Address Accuracy)

You are solely responsible for:

  • Entering your shipping address correctly at checkout
  • Providing a deliverable name and address
  • Monitoring tracking information
  • Contacting the carrier directly regarding delivery issues

Heads Research is not responsible for:

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses
  • Returned or undeliverable packages
  • Delivery delays caused by the carrier
  • Failed delivery attempts

Do not use false or fictitious names. Carriers may require valid identification for redelivery or pickup.

4. Legal Responsibility & Intended Use

You are solely responsible for understanding and complying with all applicable local, state, and federal laws prior to placing an order.

By purchasing from Heads Research, you acknowledge and agree:

  • Cannabis seeds are sold strictly as collectible, novelty, souvenir, or genetic preservation items.
  • Products are not sold for unlawful germination or cultivation.
  • Heads Research makes no representations regarding legality in your jurisdiction.
  • Any misuse of products is solely the responsibility of the purchaser.

5. Order Verification & Packaging

Orders are documented prior to shipment for quality assurance and verification purposes.

If you believe you received an incorrect item, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please retain all original packaging, as it may be required for verification.

6. Refunds & Returns

All sales are final once shipped.

Orders may be canceled for a full refund at any time prior to shipment.

Heads Research does not accept returns.

If a confirmed fulfillment error occurred on our part, we will correct the issue at our discretion. Unauthorized returns will be refused.
