Domestic Shipping Only
Heads Research ships exclusively within the United States.
We ship to states where hemp seed possession is legal. Orders placed from restricted jurisdictions may be canceled at our discretion.
We do not ship internationally under any circumstances.
No card transactions are allowed for international shipping.
We respect federal state and city laws, our shipping restrictions are detailed below on the footer and they are automatically updated by WAAVE compliance.
Processing Times
Orders are processed within 3–7 business days from the date of purchase, regardless of the shipping method selected.
During sales, promotions, or new product releases, processing times may extend by up to an additional 7 business days due to increased order volume.
Packaging & Compliance
All orders are shipped in discreet and secure packaging.
Shipments are prepared in compliance with applicable hemp regulations and include documentation verifying that all products contain less than 0.3% Delta-9 THC on a dry weight basis, in accordance with federal law.
Standard Shipping
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a USPS tracking number via email.
Heads Research is not responsible for delays caused by USPS or other carriers once the package has been transferred to the shipping provider.
Guaranteed Delivery (Optional Service)
For U.S. customers, we offer a Guaranteed Delivery option for an additional fee. This includes:
- Tracked shipment
- Signature confirmation
- One replacement shipment in qualifying cases
