All sales are final once shipped.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled for a full refund at any time prior to shipment.
Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled or refunded.

Order Accuracy

Every order is photographed prior to shipment for quality assurance and verification purposes.

If you believe you received an incorrect item, please email us within 48 hours of delivery. If our pre-shipment verification photo confirms that an error occurred on our end, we will ship the correct item at no additional charge.

We do not require the incorrect product to be returned.
